It’s designed for kids to progress at their own pace while developing discipline, strength, coordination, and life skills. NinjaZone helps children become more confident, aware, and physically fit, all in a supportive and fun environment.

- Learning manners and building basic movement skills. This class uses a mix of fun progressions that help kids build both strength and confidence in a playful way.
The NinjaZone class is designed as a progressive system where children develop their skills and core values, such as discipline and focused energy. Children progress through levels at their own pace, and the class helps them build strength, coordination, and confidence. The program’s core values are inspired by the NinjaZone creed.
Children should wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for easy movement, such as:
- T-shirt and shorts or leggings – Uniforms and Headbands will be provided.
- Athletic shoes with good grip (preferably indoor shoes)
