Youth Kickboxing
Teens will learn the fundamentals of kickboxing including basic defensive and offensive movements and combinations, exercises and solo drills.
Community CPR
This class will prepare you to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies. CPR and First Aid classes are taught by a certified American Red Cross instructor and participants will receive a certification good for two years.
Babysitting Classes
In this course, you'll gain the confidence to make smart decisions and stay safe in any babysitting situation.
eSports
Esports at the Y provides a supervised safe space for your youth to compete in a plethora of games.

Since 1954, the Denver YMCA's Youth in Government (YIG) program has provided a learning opportunity like no other for the middle and high school students. By modeling Colorado's legislature and courts, participants build skills such as critical thinking, public speaking and collaboration. Highlighting the importance of servant leadership through a healthy democracy. Draft bills, debate, jump into reporting or photojournalism.
