All personal training sessions expire within 6 months of purchase date. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The Y's personal training approach includes a focus on education – Clients always learn something, whether they’re new to working out or have been doing it for years.
In addition, personal training helps create sustainable exercises habit and take more accountability for their personal health and wellness.
Our trainers are nationally certified. They also undergo extensive YMCA training. This means we focus on what’s in your heart and your head –- for complete and total wellness.
Why at the Y
The Y is a great place to get in shape, and personal training at the Y features:
- Flexible appointments that fit your schedule
- 1/2-hour or 1-hour sessions
- Individual or buddy sessions
- A fun, safe way to get results and feel good
24 hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations. Fee-based sessions that are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be deducted from the client’s account.
