Summer Camp — Summer at the Y-seum — it's not too late to register!

Families come to Denver Y Summer Camp for a comprehensive experience, including physical activity, art projects, games, time outdoors, character development and social emotional learning — not to mention two field trips each week! NEW at the Arvada YMCA! 

Improve posture through strength, flexibility, and muscle control exercises. Learn how posture plays a critical role in strength and aerobic exercise technique. Understand the role of posture in injury prevention - especially for the posterior chain (upper back, lower back, glutes, hamstrings, and calves). 
 

Learn and practice the fundamentals of boxing with certified personal trainer and boxing instructor Jacob Webster in this 6-week program. Go beyond the just the punches with strength and conditioning in each session. 

Get to know yoga beyond the Sun Salutations and explore what yoga was created for. This group meets on the last Saturday of each month and will go through selections from texts that have been essential to the practice of yoga for thousands of years: the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad-Gita, and the Upanishads with discussion. 

Learn the fundamentals of calisthenics (bodyweight exercises). Correctly perform pull, push, squat, and hinge movements using primarily bodyweight resistance. Incorporate other equipment to enhance performance on calisthenics exercises. 

 

New at the Aurora YMCA! 

Learn the basics of ballet terminology and technique in an engaging environment, and explore rhythm, balance, and expression with improv games and props. 

We will have fun with a craft, moving storytime and yoga practice for all ages.  This class is geared to yogis 3 to 8 but their guardian yogis are welcome and encouraged to join in the fun. 

One hour of relaxation and meditation to sound bowls, a gong, ocean drum, and wind chimes. Let it all go and find your inner peace. Pillows, blankets, and comfy clothes are encouraged!

Join the Littleton YMCA NinjaZone Camp for an action-packed 3-day program! This high-energy experience combines obstacle training, gymnastics, parkour, and martial arts to build strength, agility, and confidence. Led by expert instructors, kids develop coordination, balance, and problem-solving skills in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for all skill levels—come jump, climb, and conquer!

This pickleball workshop focuses on dink strategies, volleys and footwork within the non volley zone.

In this Pickleball workshop, you will refine your serve and return-of-serve techniques, integrating stacking strategies.

Add in the workshops on speed+ power, stabilization and muscular endurance to develop an abundant toolbox to feel your best yet on the run!

Join us for an action-packed three-day basketball clinic for ages 7-13 at the YMCA, where young athletes develop their skills through fun, engaging gameplay!  Whether your child is a beginner or looking to refine their game, this clinic is the perfect place to grow and have fun!
