To better serve our members and program participants, we’re 1) upgrading our YMCA class reservation system and 2) making online purchasing available for our wellness packages.
Here’s what this means to you:
- Our reservation system, Mindbody, will have a brief outage on Aug. 30 to update the platform.
- On Aug. 31, or the next time you sign up for a group fitness class or reserve a spot in a paid program such as Pilates Reformer or Studio Y/HIIT, you will be prompted to enter your YMCA account email address – the one on this email to you today - and reset your password. Here's a step-by-step guide for resetting your password.
- Beginning Aug. 31, you will also be able to purchase online our wellness packages for Massage, Personal Training, Pilates Reformer and Studio Y HIIT. On Aug. 31, follow this link (or the ones above) to purchase.
The YMCA is always evolving as the third place in your life for community, health and connections. We hope these improvements will continue to ensure the Y is available and accessible to all, whether you’re at a Wellness Center, logging on at home or on the go.
