This 12-week group training experience is for people who want the social support to stay motivated and accountable in attaining their fitness goals.

Weekly sessions include:

  • One hour of physical activity with a personal trainer & your group
  • Focused support on building cardiovascular endurance and increasing strength
  • Expertise from a YMCA nutrition specialist

The small group program is deliberate. You can expect your group to share goals and check in regularity with each other. Collectively unlocking your strength, power and potential.
